Divination Code of Ethics

 

All practitioners of Jade Phoenix Healing agree to conduct business according to the following Code of Ethics:

 

General Conduct

1. We will cause, nor intend to cause, no physical, emotional, or spiritual harm to the clients and do what is in their best interests.

2. We will be honest about our qualifications and not misrepresent ourselves either in person or in advertisement.

3. We will not distribute and will keep confidential any information a client shares or is discussed while working with the client unless required to do so by request of the client, by law, or in professional consultation with each other, or other medical professionals as necessary. 

4. We will provide no legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice but will work with the clients so they can come of their own conclusions.

5. Clients have the right to terminate a session at any time, before or during the session taking place.

6. We will respect and honor fellow professionals, especially when in conversation of clients. We will not disrespect fellow professionals for personal or professional profit.

7. We will clearly inform our clients of the limits of our services, specifically what they can and cannot do for the clients, and we will not misrepresent the services.

8. We will restrain from personal judgment of the client or any information the client gives or the client themselves.

9. We will not discriminate against a client based on gender, sexual identity, ethnicity, race, upbringing, nationality, political beliefs, medical conditions, or financial status.

10. We maintain the right to refuse to do business with anyone, for any reason.

11. We maintain the right to modify any forms and documents provided by Jade Phoenix Healing, including the Code of Ethics, at any time and we will notify clients of any modifications that would affect their decisions in business with Jade Phoenix Healing.

 

Regarding Divination Questions and Readings

1. We will not conduct business for anyone that is not consenting. Readings will only be done for the client that made the appointment.

2. We will only perform services for adults with the exception that a parent/legal guardian of a minor is present and fills out a consent form.

3. We will not do predictions of the future in any of our divination work for any client. The future fluctuates and divination merely provides an insight to the possibilities that time may hold – what we divine is by no means set in stone.
