General Information
How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment, first decide what service you'd like. All of our currently available services are listed on the services page of this website. Then, contact us by , email, or use the "Schedule" button on any of the pages and set up the time and place for your appointment. Our schedule is extremely flexible, so we will try to find a time that best fits you. For the location, we can either come directly to your house, bringing all our materials with us (which is great if you have little kids that can't be left alone) or receive you at our place of practice. What areas do you provide services in?
Such areas include Austin, TX. Typically, we will come to anyone in the areas around Georgetown,
Cedar Park, Round Rock, Leander, and Pflugerville. Our place of practice is located in Cedar Park.

What if I'm unable to afford your services?
Part of our goal is to provide our services to anyone that needs them. If you are unable to afford one of our
services, contact us and will we work on a plan that fits your specific needs. You can call us at

What if I can't do it at my house?
If you can't have us come over (or simply prefer to come to us) then we will be happy to see you at our place of practice. We have a room set up for our services in a relaxing home that sits in the middle of a beautiful Cedar Park neighborhood. If you'd like to have your appointment there, we'll provide you with the address and directions upon confirmation of your appointment. Return to the top.
What are your hours?
We are open on Mondays through Wednesdays at 9:30am - 5:00pm; Thursdays through Fridays at 9:30am - 7:30pm; and Sunadys 12:00pm - 7:30pm. We are closed on Saturdays. Please remember that all services require appointments. Also note that if you are unable to see us during our normal business hours, we can still work with you to find the perfect time in your schedule. Return to the top.
Do I have to make an appointment?
Yes, appointments are required. However, we will try to get you in as soon as possible. Do note that divination done over email is the only acception to this as it does not require face-to-face interaction. Divination over Skype still requires an appointment. Return to the top.
What is Medical Qigong?
Medical qigong is a form of alternative medicine that originated on China and operates on the basis that
the physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual bodies all directly affect one another. The practitioner
manipulates energy in a similar way that is done in acupuncture, but no needles are involved. There is
little contact spare a few select points that are generally on the arms and legs. Medical qigong is used
to aid in cases ranging from physical to emotional to spiritual issues. Return to the top.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Absolutely! Visit our gift certificates page [currently under construction] for both digital and physical gift certificate options. Alternatively, you can purchase gift certificates from us directly when you come to see us for an appointment. Return to the top.
What is a typical Medical Qigong session like?
All of our medical qigong sessions begin with a warm greeting and introduction. Then, the patient takes a few moments to fill out some forms which will provide the practitioner with greater insight on the issues being addressed. These forms can be filled out ahead of time. After this, the practitioner and patient will talk for a few moments and then the patient is given time to lay down on a massage table and relax. The practitioner will perform a general working while the patient simply relaxes. This will involve motions over the body and work with a few points. Then, the practitioner will work specifically on what the patient needs. After the session is done, the patient and practitioner discuss the results and what to do going forward. Return to the top.

What certification do your practitioners have?
Our practitioners are certified Medical Qigong Practitioners by the International College of Medical Qigiong. Certification involved intense training under two Masters of Medical Qigong as well as over 30 hours of clinical practice. Return to the top.
Divination
What is Divination?
Divination is an ancient way of gaining knowledge through the interpretation of physical symbols. There are many times of divination from many different cultures, including tarot and I Ching reading, both of which are practiced by our practitioners. Divination allows you to gain insight into situations and questions that are on your mind. It doesn't predict a set future, nor tell you anything set in stone, rather it shows you things that are relevant to your inquiry and gives you a glimpse of the possibilities that surround you. What kind of divination do you offer?
Currently, Jade Phoenix Healing offers two types of divination: Tarot and I Ching. I Ching readings are
based on the classic Chinese text, the I Ching, and have deep, poetical meanings. Tarot readings
are more commonly portrayed in the media and practiced in the West, and the practice involves

What is a typical divination session like?
When you come to see us for a reading, you'll have a comfortable and insightful experience. If you come
to our practice, the reading will be done in a cozy room. Whether your session is conducted over email,
Skype, or in-person, we'll give you a basic overview of what we are doing and then talk for a few minutes
about what you want out of your reading. Then, the reading will begin and we will expertly interpret the medium
so that you can further your knowledge about a situation. Afterwards, we will wrap up the session with some final

What kind of questions can you ask?
To get the most out of your reading, keep in mind that divination does not deal in absolutes. Instead of "Yes or No" questions, the best questions to ask involve getting insight over a certain situation. You can ask about everything from love, to work, to family issues, to a project that you're working on. In fact, you don't even have to pick a particular subject that you want to focus on. If you'd prefer, you can ask for a general reading geared towards shedding some light on anything you need to know or focus on. Please note that our readers won't read for anyone that isn't consenting (ex: We won't answer "I'd like information on my friend's love life."). Return to the top.
What do House Cleansings do?
House cleansings are designed to clear out the negative or unwanted energy in a space and replace it with fresh, positive energy. Our house cleansings also include protection of the space so that once bad energy is cleared away the space remains clean. Return to the top.

Can you customize the process to fit my beliefs?
Absolutely! Each time we do a cleansing, we tailor the entire process to the beliefs and desires of our
valued customers. We can do everything from Daoist to Christian cleansings and more. We can even make it non-specific to a spiritual system. Additionally, we will perform the cleansing to suit your specific needs. For example, if you are moving to a new house, the process contain pieces that are directly geared toward cleansing and protecting new homes. Return to the top.
Can you do spaces other than homes?
Yes we can! Offices are another common place that cleansings are requested for, especially new ones. We aren't just limited to homes and offices, however. We can do a variety of locations. Contact us to see if your non-house/office location can be cleansed. Return to the top.
What is a typical House Cleansing like?
Each individual house cleansing that we perform is customized for the specific client that ordered it, but
there are some elements that remain the same. After you make an appointment, one of our practitioners
will take the time to discuss with you and get a good handle on what it is that you need done, and what
spiritual systems you are partial to. The process itself will depend on that discussion, but will definitely
include three main steps: Cleansing, Filling, and Protecting. The "Cleansing" step involves clearing away
negative and unwanted energy. "Filling", as the name suggests, is where we fill the space with positive
energy. Then, the "Protecting" step involves setting up protections around the space. All of this will be
done at a time of your choice. It is easiest to do this while no one is in the area, as it allows our practitioners
to be better focused, but whether or not you are there during the process is entirely your choice. Once we
have completed the cleansing, we will send you a summary of what we did. Return to the top.
Why is your house cleansing fee variable?
Because our process is highly tailored to your needs, we have set a price range for the House Cleansing service. After you make an appointment, our practitioners will contact you to discuss your specific needs and the final price for the process. The final price is based on how complicated your needs are to fulfill, as well as the quantity of physical materials involved. Return to the top.

What things do you teach?
Jade Phoenix Healing provides instruction in meditation, qigong, martial arts, and tai chi. We can hold company seminars to teach employees how to use these methods to relax, or teach at an event or celebration. Our Instruction service is our most flexible and customizable service, and we'll work with you to provide an experience that exceeds your expectations. Return to the top.
How many people can be in a group?
Our standard fee applies for groups up to 20 people. Once the group size exceeds 20 people, the rate fluctuates depending on what you need taught and how many people will be participating. Return to the top.
